Our History
Intranet Software inc. is a company that works to provide solutions to Integrated Management Systems (IMS), Sustainability, Environmental, Social and Legal issues for corporate companies, known as Company scoring (ESG).
The company started its business life in 2008 as IntraNet Information Technologies Limited ŞTİ, by its founders who have specialized and experienced in various fields from banking to automation, research activities, production, transportation and fuel sector for many years in the field of informatics. Following its structuring, it has developed around 30 applications for the BP company, known as British Petroleum, at Turkey and Europe, either independently or in conjunction with existing ERP systems, most of which work on algorithms designed by IntraNet Information Technologies.
Since 2012, it has started to gather its knowledge and solutions on a platform called IntraPrise and expanded its services. In 2013, with the OHS Law No. 6331, it focused on Occupational Health and Safety studies, and in this context, under the leadership of the Ministry of Labor, Social and Security, it facilitates the work of Corporate Companies under their own management or the services they receive from OSGBs. It started to produce Digital Solutions. Experiencing the pride and happiness of being the FIRST COMPANY structurally and technically approved by the organization known as IBYS, which was established by the MoLSS to collect the necessary information for data mining, has shown us that we are on the right target.
It has evolved into a solution that is fully compatible with Management systems that determine the International Occupational Health and Safety standards published under the name ISO45001, the work of which started in 2013 and was announced all over the world in 2018. In this context, it started to serve Turkey's largest and most prestigious institutions.
In 2017, it merged with the Software company known as KAFEIN and which is now open to the stock exchange, and became
Intranet Software inc.
Our group, which closely monitors the work done in the world during the same processes, has focused on bringing digital solutions within this framework, taking into account the work of the United Nations under the title of SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS, which aims to be implemented by 2030.
It has focused on producing digital solutions for institutions and organizations by bringing together ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001 integrated systems, especially within the scope of Corporate Companies under the heading of Sustainability. In order to evaluate academic studies, it moved to YTU Technopark Campus and started to continue its R&D activities there. In this context, it has accelerated its work with companies operating in the domestic and international arena.
At the beginning of 2024, it decided to continue its work with the KAFEIN group at the Solution Partnership level and incorporated the institution called ProkonNET, which has been operating in Informatics and Consultancy since 2008.
It has included within its scope the studies that will follow the scoring of ESG (Environment, Social and Governance)that is, Environmental, Social and Management issues, which are prominent for institutions to keep up with the changing world.
Thanks to its technical structure and basic platform, with its capacity to make rapid developments on the needed issues and its compliance with international rules, IntraPrise has started to attract attention from corporate structures around the world with the name INTTRAPRISE IMS, including Integrated Management Systems and other standards, and with its multi-lingual feature.
